How much does tile installation cost?

Pricing depends on tile format, pattern, surface preparation, and project size. After a free on-site consultation we provide a detailed quote.

2. How soon can you start?

Our schedule usually books 2–3 weeks in advance, but we occasionally have openings to start sooner. Ask about current availability when you request a quote.

3. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we provide a warranty on all of our work. We use only premium materials (Schluter, Mapei, etc.) to ensure lasting results.

4. Do I need to prep the space?

We handle surface removal, leveling, waterproofing, and cleanup. You only need to clear personal items and provide access to water and power.

5. Can you work with materials I supply?

Yes, provided the tile and setting materials meet our quality standards. We can also source premium materials for you at a contractor discount.

6. Do you take on commercial projects?

Absolutely. We install tile in restaurants, offices, retail spaces, and multi-unit developments. We coordinate with property managers and follow all building codes and schedules to minimize downtime.

7. Do you collaborate with designers and general contractors?

Yes. We regularly partner with interior designers, architects, and GCs to bring their plans to life, from custom layouts and feature walls to large-scale flooring. We can join your team early in the planning stage to help with technical details and scheduling.

8. Do you handle full bathroom or kitchen remodels?

Yes—turn-key service from substrate and waterproofing to grout and final cleanup.

9. What if a tile cracks later?

If it’s related to installation, we repair or replace it at no cost during the warranty period.
